Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose & Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your access to and use of OmniRogue’s website, platform, APIs, models, and related products and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by OmniRogue Inc. By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. This AUP supplements, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Services to generate, upload, store, or distribute content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threatening.
• Sexually exploits or endangers minors, or depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
• Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or incites violence against any individual or group.
• Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
• Contains malware, ransomware, or code intended to disrupt or damage any system.

3. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Create deceptive deepfakes or synthetic media intended to defraud, deceive, or harm others.
• Generate non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content depicting real, identifiable individuals.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent rate limits, safety filters, or access controls.
• Use the Services to develop a competing model or to train other AI systems without authorization.
• Resell, sublicense, or share account access in violation of your plan.

4. AI-Generated Output

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the outputs you generate. You must review outputs before publishing and ensure they comply with applicable laws and third-party rights. Where you publish AI-generated media in contexts that could mislead, you should clearly disclose that the content is synthetic.

5. Security & Integrity

You may not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services, including by:

• Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any system or network without authorization.
• Introducing automated traffic, bots, or denial-of-service attacks.
• Accessing data, accounts, or systems you are not authorized to access.

6. Usage Limits & Fair Use

Plan-based credits, rate limits, and concurrency limits apply to all accounts. Excessive or abusive usage that degrades the experience for other users may result in throttling or suspension. Lifetime and unlimited plans remain subject to reasonable fair-use safeguards described in your plan terms.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any content or activity that violates this AUP, please report it to support@omnirogue.com. We review reports and may remove content or restrict accounts at our discretion.

8. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in actions including, but not limited to:

• Removal or disabling of access to offending content.
• Temporary or permanent suspension or termination of your account.
• Reporting to law enforcement where required by law.

We may take enforcement action without prior notice where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Services, our users, or third parties.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, technology, or legal requirements. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
